I told my wife I’d been asked to create a playlist as an ‘industry tastemaker’. When she’d finally managed to compose herself, and wiped away the last tear, she said: “You? Why?” Both, it has to be said, fair points. I’m nobody’s idea of cool. And this is almost certainly the most uncool playlist here on the impeccably cool Isolation Radio. (Sorry Dann.) I’ve just chosen stuff that cheers me up. Because we all need to stay positive. Especially now. It’s a mixture of old school jams and things our nine-year old daughter listens to on Radio One in the mornings. Fun stuff, in other words. And, even if it’s not your thing, I hope you and yours manage to stay safe, stay well - and stay positive.
